Betts Precision’s precision CNC Milling services utilize state-of-the-art machining centers, including 10 horizontal and vertical milling machines, specialty and prototype milling machines. Our CNC mills include full 5^th axis and integrated 4^th axis capabilities, high pressure coolant systems and spindle speeds up to 14,000 rpm. We utilize pallet changers, tombstones and other quick-change fixtures and tooling to reduce set-up and production cycle-time. These advances improve quality, throughput, and machine/operator utilization.
